1. Can samples be sent before confirming the order?
If a client wishes to inspect the materials and colors before placing an order, we can send small samples to demonstrate the material quality. However, the client is responsible for covering the air courier costs.
2. Can you provide a shipping quote?
We can estimate recent shipping costs to your port based on freight forwarder quotes and the cabinet dimensions. Please provide the name of the destination port so we can calculate the volume (CBM), dimensions, and weight, and verify costs with the freight forwarder. We offer various shipping terms, including Ex-Works (EXW), Free On Board (FOB), and Delivered Duty Paid (DDP/Door-to-Door including tax).
3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
There is no MOQ requirement for complete cabinet units; even a single set can be customized. However, if ordering only cabinet doors, specific requirements apply (e.g., the MOQ for glass doors is 0.5 cubic meters).
4. Installation
Installation arrangements depend on the destination country; we can dispatch installation personnel to the site, though the client is responsible for covering the associated travel and service costs.
